The Role
You’ll take ownership of on-site IT support for a key Central London client, acting as a trusted technical escalation point and ensuring a fast, reliable and proactive service.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
- Resolve and escalate tickets with a focus on same-day outcomes
- Support user onboarding/offboarding and ensure seamless delivery
- Act as the go-to escalation support for Service Desk teams
- Maintain ITSM processes (incident, change, problem management)
- Manage patching, vulnerability and security processes
- Proactively identify and fix root causes to reduce ticket volume
- Work closely with a remote team while owning the on-site experience

Tech Environment
- Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
- Active Directory, Windows Server, GPO
- Windows Desktop & Software Deployment
- Basic networking (LAN, firewalls, troubleshooting)
- ITSM platforms (ideally ConnectWise)
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience with experience in professional services or MSP
- Proven experience in Desktop / IT Support
- Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft environments
- Excellent communication – able to work with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
- Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working on-site while collaborating with remote teams
