Despatch Operative
Full Time Despatch Operative Roles
Working as part of our existing team, we require full-time Despatch Operatives to assist with the efficient running of the Retail Despatch Department. We are seeking determined and committed individuals who excel in performance-driven roles and can make a positive contribution to the company’s future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Unloading lorries and weighing product in
- Scanning product into and back from production
- Adhering to correct stock rotation procedures
- Checking yields at the end of production and investigating any issues
- Scanning pallets
- Stacking products correctly in storage facilities (e.g., chills)
- Conducting stocktaking
- Selecting and fulfilling correct customer orders
- Loading containers
- Handling clerical duties associated with product despatch

Essential Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English)
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative while contributing to a team-based environment

- Flexibility where additional hours may be required to meet customer demand
