Despatch Operative, Despatch Operative
We have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Operative to join our team at the Bromborough site!
The successful candidate will be computer literate, possess good communication skills, and be a quick learner. This role involves manual handling duties, stock control, order preparation, and operating PPT trucks. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

- Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
- Hours: 07:00am - 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, prepare, and dispatch customer orders in line with company requirements.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Complete dispatch documentation and stock records accurately.
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach Trucks safely and in accordance with site procedures.
- Carry out stock checks and assist with inventory control.
- Ensure products are stored, handled, and dispatched in line with quality and food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Report any stock discrepancies, equipment faults, or safety concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.

What We're Looking For
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous warehouse or despatch experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- PPT experience is desirable; training can be provided.
