Our Stevenage-based Grocery Service Centre provides Shared Service excellence, coordinating customer services, consumer care, finance, payroll, HR and IT—all centred around essential grocery brands.

About the Role
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire | Hours: 42 per week | Shifts: 9am–11pm (flexible rotas) Salary: £30,678.00

Your Key Responsibilities
- Safety First: Commit to our Zero Harm culture, prioritising colleagues, product and premises.
- Order Processing: Pick, decant, load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using Warehouse Management Systems.
- Shift Flexibility: Broaden skills by adapting to varied despatch demands.
- Data Driven: Monitor progress against KPIs, tracking performance every shift.
- Standards Maturity: Maintain impeccable operations standards for audits—your work area stays immaculate.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Support employees from Customer Service, Finance and Warehouse Control teams.

Who We Idealise?
- Limitless warehouse/distribution interest—no qualification critical, but relevant hands-on experience valuable.
- Preferred (not essential): FLT driver licence* for routing on the road too.
- Technical Literacy: Comfort with PC and warehouse systems earns an immediate advantage.
