Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing daily despatch operations, ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely distribution of aseptically compounded medicines
- Packaging and despatching products using the CATO system, adhering to correct labelling, storage, and handling in line with GDP/GMP requirements
- Booking and coordinating courier collections and deliveries through the approved booking system
- Supporting stock replenishment and transfers into the Aseptic Facility, following bio-burden reduction processes
- Assisting with stock control activities, including routine stock counts
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the despatch area per cleaning schedules
- Complying with all relevant SOPs, company policies, GMP/GDP standards, and documentation requirements
- Keeping up-to-date with training and actively contributing to continuous improvement and team support

What We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Experience working in a regulated environment, such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing (desirable but not essential)
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly for handling, packaging, and despatching medicines
- Confidence using computer systems for despatch, stock control, and documentation (experience with CATO or similar systems is advantageous)
- A strong understanding of compliance, quality, and adherence to SOPs
- Organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
