Join Pilgrim’s Europe in Ashbourne as a Process Controller and play a key role in ensuring product quality and production standards.
Location: Blenheim Road, Ashbourne, DE6 1HA
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Pay: £14.61 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 16:45-01:15
Role Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess production processes to meet product and customer specifications
- Carry out checks in an accurate and timely manner to minimise disruption
- Record production and quality data clearly and accurately
- Report any issues promptly to management for corrective action
- Ensure all equipment is available, working correctly, and within specifications
- Follow all Hygiene, Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements
- Support smooth handovers between shifts
- Take part in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement activities
- Work in a way that supports environmental and waste reduction initiatives
