Help Build the Platform Behind the Next Generation of AI-Powered Quality Management
evaluagent helps contact centres evaluate 100% of customer interactions, assessing both human and AI agents at scale to improve quality, performance and customer experience.
As we continue to grow, we're investing in the infrastructure, automation and platform capabilities needed to support the next phase of our AI-powered product. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll help strengthen our cloud platform, improve scalability, resilience and observability, and contribute to the engineering foundations that will support future growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Improving and automating our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes
- Building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines
- Supporting platform reliability, monitoring and performance
- Promoting Infrastructure as Code and DevOps best practices
- Working closely with developers to improve engineering workflows
- Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and continuously improve

- Salary: In the region of £50,000
- Location: Home based in the UK
