The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Developer within Labs, the community within Ashurst Perkins Coie's Advance Digital division responsible for the firm's experimentation environment, designing, developing and managing digital platforms, products and solutions. The role involves working in cross-functional agile teams to design, build and support client-facing and internal digital solutions, with a mix of support and development work.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
- Designing, developing and implementing custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, and agents with Copilot Studio.
- Producing detailed solution designs and architecture for Power Platform applications, and developing solutions that integrate with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server and third-party services.
- Creating and configuring custom connectors and working with REST APIs.
- Optimising code and solutions to ensure they are scalable, maintainable and performant, and applying software engineering best practices including testing, documentation and code reviews.
- Working closely with product managers, designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, while supporting multiple initiatives in parallel and balancing delivery, quality and deadlines.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a relevant certification.
- 2+ years' experience building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and/or Azure/AWS.
- Proficiency in at least one of .NET, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience integrating solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server or REST APIs.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
