LSL Estate Agency Franchising are looking for a talented Developer to join our IT team at Your Move. This is an opportunity to work on bespoke applications that support the wider LSL Group, using modern technologies including .NET Core and Azure.
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing and supporting business-critical systems, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets agreed specifications, timelines and costs. This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, takes pride in clean, efficient code, and can work both independently and collaboratively.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and supporting applications using .NET Core, SQL Server and Azure
- Analysing and resolving technical issues with a logical, detail-focused approach
- Writing high-quality, maintainable code aligned with best practices
- Working independently on development projects while meeting agreed deadlines
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to understand requirements
- Ensuring all development is clearly specified, approved and delivered on time
- Integrating changes from third-party developers without disrupting business operations
- Thoroughly testing all development for functionality and performance before release
- Maintaining clear and accurate documentation for all changes

What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with .NET Core and C#
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server
- Experience using Git for version control
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Degree in computer science/software development or at least 2 years’ relevant experience

- Knowledge of MySQL
