We’re Hiring: Senior Lead Informatica MDM
Contract Duration: 12 months
Start Date: Immediate
Location / Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days/week in office near Paddington, London)

Are you a Master Data Management expert ready to jump into a high-impact, immediate project? We’re seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Lead / Architect to drive end-to-end MDM delivery, shape our governance strategy, and mentor a talented engineering team.
About the Role
As our Informatica MDM Lead, you will take total ownership of our master data platform—from leading business stakeholder workshops to designing robust data models and match/merge strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, analytics, and business teams to establish a gold-standard MDM foundation.

Required Technical Skills
- 10–12 years of total IT experience with 5+ years specialized in Master Data Management.
- Deep hands-on proficiency in Informatica MDM, Informatica Data Director (IDD), IDQ, data controls, and MDM utilities.
- Proven domain expertise across Customer, Product, or Supplier data domains.
- Advanced relational database & SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Strong experience with ETL/Data Integration, enterprise integration patterns, REST APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
- Hands-on track record operating in Agile/Scrum environments.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Exceptional stakeholder and client management capabilities with polished presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams seamlessly.

Preferred Skills
- Informatica MDM Certification
- Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) or AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
- TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certification.
- Industry exposure in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Healthcare.
