Developer Role - Project Manager/Design Manager for Major Development
£100,000 - £120,000 p.a.
Are you an experienced Project Manager or Design Manager interested in joining the delivery team of a major landmark leisure and tourism destination in Manchester?
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile UK project from construction through to completion. As the ideal candidate you will have a background in architecture, engineering or the built environment, with exceptional technical expertise and a strong understanding of MEP coordination.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing complex design interfaces
- Driving multidisciplinary coordination
- Resolving technical issues on site
- Ensuring the successful integration of architectural, structural and building services packages
