1x Senior Power Platform Developer & 1x Mid Power Platform Developer
Location: 2 days a week in Manchester
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join a growing technology function delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation.
You'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's Power Platform capability and influencing how low-code technologies are adopted across the business.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions
- Develop Model-Driven Power Apps and Dataverse solutions
- Build custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET
- Own Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy
- Establish governance standards, security models, and best practices across the Power Platform estate
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required Skills
- Extensive commercial experience developing enterprise Power Platform solutions
- Strong experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps), Dataverse, and Power Automate
- Commercial experience developing C#/.NET plugins and customisations
- Experience implementing ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and environment management
- Experience designing scalable solution architectures
