Location: Hybrid – Greater London
House Salary:
- London: £50,347 - £62,419 per annum
- National: £46,449 - £54,798 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Accountant (Joint Ventures) to join our team in London. You’ll support the team in providing timely, robust, and insightful financial information for Joint Ventures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on operational funding for Joint Ventures
- Complete the month-end process on Joint Venture accounting
- Produce weekly sales reports for the Sales and Development team
- Assist and support with budget reporting to ensure its complete and accurate by carrying out analyses as requested
- Provide support for year-end tasks such as audit requests and inputting information into the statutory accounts process for all Joint Ventures
Requirements:
- Part-qualified Accountant with relevant financial accounting experience
- Experience of working in an accounting/finance department or similar environment
- Acute attention to detail with strong investigatory skills
- Proven track record in the use of Excel and integrated computerized accounting systems
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Passionate about learning and developing
