Location: Hybrid – Greater London

House Salary:

  • London: £50,347 - £62,419 per annum
  • National: £46,449 - £54,798 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent


We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Accountant (Joint Ventures) to join our team in London. You’ll support the team in providing timely, robust, and insightful financial information for Joint Ventures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on operational funding for Joint Ventures
  • Complete the month-end process on Joint Venture accounting
  • Produce weekly sales reports for the Sales and Development team
  • Assist and support with budget reporting to ensure its complete and accurate by carrying out analyses as requested
  • Provide support for year-end tasks such as audit requests and inputting information into the statutory accounts process for all Joint Ventures

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified Accountant with relevant financial accounting experience
  • Experience of working in an accounting/finance department or similar environment
  • Acute attention to detail with strong investigatory skills
  • Proven track record in the use of Excel and integrated computerized accounting systems
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Passionate about learning and developing
