Development Manager
Agile working with designated office in Newton Abbot
36.25 hours per week
12 month fixed term contract
£59,019 per annum
Exciting opportunity
We're growing our development team and building more homes for our communities, so we're looking for a Development Manager to help shape and deliver our expanding programme on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support the delivery of new homes, working with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage projects and make a real difference for residents.
We're looking for someone with experience in property development, strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to build positive relationships. You'll bring sound judgement, financial acumen, a collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality, value-for-money homes.
