The Roses Theatre is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Development Manager to help grow fundraising income and support our exciting plans for the future. Working alongside our CEO, Marketing Manager, Board and fundraising consultants, you'll lead the development of individual giving, patrons, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations.

- Experience in fundraising, business development, sales, sponsorship, account management or relationship management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised and target-driven approach.
- A passion for culture, community and making things happen.
