About the Role
This two-year development programme combines structured training and hands-on experience, designed to equip you with the skills needed for a long-term IT career. The programme starts with 4–8 weeks of classroom-based training (primarily office-based).
As part of a dynamic IT community, you’ll learn on the job while solving real-world problems using cutting-edge technology. You’ll work on systems that improve citizens' lives across the UK.
The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) is seeking collaboration with Information Technology Services (ITS). DVLA prioritises innovation, adaptability, and a commitment to improvement.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate in requirement development
- Work towards creating business analysis documentation/templates based on best practices
- Showcase and refine user stories, demand demos, and present to teams, incorporating feedback
- Provide support to development teams: Manage queries, track issues during sprints/retrospectives
- Ensure shared understanding of business needs and technical solutions among the team
