Lead Developer – Cheshire – Hybrid – up to £70,000
A growing Cheshire based business is hiring a Lead Developer to manage a team of four engineers. The role focuses on people leadership, team performance, and delivery ownership, not heavy hands-on coding.
Responsibilities
- Lead day to day engineering activity
- Support developer development
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager
- Set standards across delivery
- Improve output
- Help shape how the team works as the business scales
- Act as the link between engineering execution and leadership direction
- Keep work flowing and remove blockers

Role Details
- Hybrid, two days per week in the Cheshire office, rest remote
- Salary sits up to £70,000, open to conversation for the right person
