London Economics Full Time, Permanent
Our London-based Development Viability team is seeking a Development Viability Principal Consultant to join our expanding team. The positions offer the opportunity to work on high profile projects across the UK ranging from new Garden Towns and strategic land to estate regeneration, town centre renewal, commercial projects and prime residential development.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking talented individuals that can manage a range of complex projects. We help our clients navigate viability challenges, develop viable and deliverable schemes and gain support for these from stakeholders. You will be expected to support and lead on the delivery of projects and present analysis to colleagues, clients, local planning authorities and at events. Your work will be across a range of sectors such as residential, strategic land, urban regeneration, mixed use masterplans, estate regeneration and employment uses.
Role details:
- Project Delivery: ensuring high quality technical output delivery and project budget management.
- Business Development and work winning support: tender management, multidisciplinary team input coordination, marketing and networking.
- Project management and team development: ensuring technical quality, client management and project finance management.
