Job Description

As a Back-End Developer, you will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of the APIs and services that power XGame’s games and platforms. You will implement new features, fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure the security of back-end services. You will work closely with front-end, product, and QA teams to integrate functional requirements and guarantee a seamless experience for users. You will also contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and the continuous improvement of the architecture. This is a full-time, fully remote position.

  • Back-end development skills: Mastery of Back-End Web Development and Programming to design robust and scalable services.
  • Software development skills: Experience in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to structure code and apply best practices.
  • Front-end integration skills: Understanding of Front-End Development to design tailored APIs and collaborate effectively with UI/interface teams.
  • Technical proficiency: Good knowledge of at least one modern server-side language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Go) and its associated frameworks.
  • Tools & Infrastructure: Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), automated testing, version control (Git), and Cloud environments or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Soft skills: Ability to work in a distributed team, strong communication skills, autonomy, and a genuine interest in the gaming or digital entertainment industry.
