# Job Summary

We are seeking a DevOps CI/CD Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience to:

  • Manage and optimize containerized infrastructure
  • Leverage Ansible, Kubernetes, Shell scripting, and Docker

# Roles & Responsibilities

# CI/CD Pipeline Management

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance deployment processes and reliability.

# Container Orchestration

  • Develop and manage Kubernetes clusters for scalable, reliable deployments.
  • Ensure smooth lifecycle management of Docker containers, including image creation, deployment, and registry management.

# Configuration & Scripting

  • Utilize Ansible for configuration management and infrastructure automation.
  • Write and maintain Shell scripts to automate system and application tasks.

# Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and application issues in containerized environments.
  • Adhere to security best practices in infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

  • Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing.

# Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CI/CD tools and workflows.
  • Participate in release management and coordinate deployments across environments.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new tools/technologies to refine DevOps practices.

# Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders on deployment status and incident resolution.

# Team Mentorship

  • Mentor junior team members and uphold best practices within the DevOps workflow.

# Operational Excellence

  • Perform regular system health checks and proactive maintenance to ensure high availability.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to containerized applications and orchestrator platforms.
