We're working with a fast-growing, highly profitable proprietary trading firm that combines institutional-grade market platforms with cutting-edge in-house front-office trading systems, operating with a flat structure and a pragmatic mindset focused on high-impact automation.
The Role
- Own, scale, and evolve multi-environment AWS infrastructure using Terragrunt and Terraform
- Maintain production Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and manage data layers including Postgres (Aurora), MongoDB, and Kafka streams
- Write clean automation scripts, internal platform tools, and targeted database fixes using Python and SQL
- Build robust deployment pipelines in GitLab CI and optimize system reliability with Datadog

What You'll Need
- 3-5 years of dedicated cloud engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps experience
- Strong production experience with AWS core services (EKS, IAM, RDS) and Terraform/Terragrunt
- Competence in Python and SQL, comfortable interacting with codebases and writing internal tools
- A sharp, concise communicator who stays calm under pressure and values pragmatic execution
