Job title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Reading (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)
Salary: £60-80k
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced DevOps engineer to join a growing European technology business working on secure, mission-critical infrastructure used in real-world communications environments.
You'll be owning infrastructure as code from the ground up, working with modern cloud tooling across a collaborative Agile team, with real ownership and direct impact on the platform.

The Role
You'll design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes, working closely with both development and operations teams. The role involves developing CI/CD pipelines, IaC configuration, and cloud services, as well as mentoring engineers and contributing to the team's technical direction.

- Strong hands-on Terraform experience (Infrastructure as Code)
- Solid Kubernetes experience — both cluster management and orchestration
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure public cloud
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Linux/Windows environments and Bash/PowerShell scripting
- 3+ years in a dedicated DevOps or platform engineering role
