DevOps Engineer – DV Clearance
About the Role
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a growing technical team supporting secure, mission-critical environments. You will play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining modern infrastructure and deployment pipelines while working closely with software engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Configure, manage, and optimise Linux-based infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Automate deployment and operational processes.
- Support containerised application deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes.
- Ensure security is embedded throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Produce and maintain operational documentation.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent commercial experience.
- 3+ years' commercial experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Good understanding of networking and security principles.
- Strong Git knowledge.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
