About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, designing tailored technology solutions, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the technology landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in technical recruitment or a similar role within the technology sector is essential. Strong knowledge of current industry trends, technologies, and skill sets is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to effectively liaise with clients and candidates at all levels. The ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate attention to detail, and work independently are critical for success in this role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred. A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for technology and talent acquisition are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring the sourcing of top-quality candidates for various technical roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and providing expert guidance on talent acquisition.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients to support competitive offers.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the candidate pipeline.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices to improve service delivery.
