Senior DevOps Engineer | AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform | Remote | Up to £110,000
I'm working with a well-established cloud engineering consultancy that's expanding its platform team and looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help deliver secure, cloud-native solutions across a range of complex projects.
This is an opportunity to work on large-scale AWS environments, building resilient infrastructure, improving automation, and enabling engineering teams to deliver software efficiently through modern platform practices.
You'll be working with technologies including AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), and CI/CD tooling, helping to shape highly available, secure platforms used in production.
Please note: Due to the nature of the work, applicants must hold active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance.

What you'll be doing
- Designing and delivering scalable AWS infrastructure using cloud best practices
- Building and managing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Developing and enhancing CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability
- Managing container platforms using Kubernetes and Amazon EKS
- Working closely with development teams to improve platform capabilities and developer experience
- Implementing monitoring, logging and observability solutions
- Creating reusable infrastructure modules and automation
- Driving improvements across platform security, resilience and operational efficiency

What we're looking for
- Strong commercial experience in a DevOps or Platform Engineering role
- Excellent knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker and container orchestration
- Good understanding of CI/CD tooling and deployment automation
- Experience supporting production cloud environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across engineering teams
- Active SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
Salary: Up to £110,000
