DevOps Engineer – DV Cleared - £60,000 - £70,000 + Gloucestershire, Manchester or London

Are you someone who enjoys keeping critical systems running smoothly while continuously improving how they work? Do you like balancing hands-on technical problem solving with structured ways of working in secure, high-impact environments?

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a collaborative team supporting business-critical platforms where reliability, security and service quality are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you'll work across both business-as-usual support and project delivery, helping to ensure platforms remain stable, resilient and fit for purpose. You'll take ownership of incidents, proactively monitor system health and act as a key point of contact for Elastic-related services. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll have the opportunity to share knowledge, develop your technical expertise and contribute to the continuous improvement of services while operating within established ITIL-based service management processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
