Role: DevOps Engineer (DV Cleared)
Location: Worcester, UK (4/5 days on-site)
Salary: £60k + 10% Bonus
We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a growing technology business delivering complex, cloud-native solutions across a range of sectors.

What you'll be doing:
- Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines
- Managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm or CloudFormation
- Working extensively with Kubernetes and containerised environments
- Driving automation, reliability and platform improvements
- Contributing to technical discussions and architectural decisions
- Enhancing observability through monitoring, logging and tracing

Key experience:
- Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native engineering background
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar CI/CD tooling
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Python or similar scripting languages
- DevOps best practices including automation, testing, secrets management and release processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
