You’ll support secure, scalable, and automated delivery by ensuring our platforms, pipelines, and cloud infrastructure work together effectively.

You’ll play a central part in maintaining consistent engineering standards, improving how we manage environments and integrations, and enhancing the reliability and performance of our digital estate. The role also contributes to ongoing innovation, identifying opportunities to improve automation, resilience, and long‑term sustainability.

Implements naming conventions, reusable pipeline templates, lifecycle management, and governance controls to embed a sustainable and standardised approach. Azure Cloud Infrastructure Delivery: Implements and automates cloud resource provisioning using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform. Oversees resource configuration, optimisation, and identity management across CRM, ERP, SQL, and integration environments. Operational Excellence: Implements enterprise monitoring and diagnostics using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and SQL performance tools. Drives proactive incident prevention, service optimisation, and automated remediation patterns. Security and Governance: Applies secure engineering principles across pipelines, integrations, and infrastructure. Embeds approval gates, RBAC models, policy enforcement, and automated compliance checks aligned to organisational standards. Engineering Standards and Tooling: Develops reusable code components, automation scripts, engineering guidelines, and documentation supporting platform-wide consistency. Contributes to the maturity of DevOps capabilities across the digital estate. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Evaluates emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and modern DevOps practices. Introduces improvements that enhance delivery velocity, operational resilience, and system sustainability

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
