About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Software Engineering Practice. In this role, you will work closely with our team to enhance our DevOps capabilities, implement scalable and highly available solutions, and streamline deployment processes across cloud environments, primarily Azure. You will engage with clients to understand their requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Your expertise will contribute to building robust CI/CD pipelines, automating development workflows, and advising developers on best practices for system configuration and deployment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills further, and make a tangible impact within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Qualifications
- Substantial experience in DevOps roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Exposure to AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is beneficial
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong coding skills, with experience in scripting and automation
- Knowledge of continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies
- Azure certification is advantageous
- Experience working within government or public sector projects is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to deliver scalable and reliable services
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments
- Automate deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Provide guidance to development teams on system configuration and best practices
- Monitor platform performance, gather feedback, and optimize solutions accordingly
- Advise on infrastructure design, security, and compliance standards
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools, practices, and industry trends
