Senior DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer
London (Hybrid)
Join a high-growth fintech building next-generation financial infrastructure used by thousands of businesses across Europe.
We’re looking for a DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer to help scale a modern, cloud-native platform powering real-time financial products. You’ll play a key role in shaping infrastructure, improving reliability, and enabling engineering teams to ship faster and safer.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing, building, and scaling cloud infrastructure across AWS or Azure
- Owning and evolving Kubernetes environments in production
- Driving Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) best practices across teams
- Improving system reliability, observability, and incident response
- Partnering closely with engineering teams to optimise CI/CD pipelines
- Exploring and integrating GenAI tools to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency

Tech stack
- Cloud: AWS or Azure
- Containerisation: Kubernetes
- IaC: Terraform
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
- Bonus: Experience leveraging GenAI tools in engineering workflows
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Proven track record with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture (AWS or Azure)
- Passion for automation, scalability, and reliability
- Interest or experience in applying GenAI tools within engineering teams
