Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and automated cloud environments within a highly regulated Azure ecosystem. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with Lead Developers, DevOps Leads, Architects, Testers, and Product Owners to enable efficient software delivery through automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform management. The role requires a hands-on engineer who can drive operational excellence, deployment reliability, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support automated application deployment, release management, and environment provisioning activities.
  • Integrate security, compliance, and quality controls into DevOps pipelines (DevSecOps).
  • Configure and manage source control repositories, branching strategies, and build pipelines.
  • Support application monitoring, logging, performance management, and operational diagnostics.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to improve deployment efficiency and release quality.
  • Assist in implementing containerized solutions using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) where applicable.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and environment-related issues.
  • Ensure platform configurations comply with organizational and customer security standards.
  • Maintain technical and operational documentation within SharePoint, Wiki, Git, or approved repositories.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
