We’re seeking a proactive DevOps Lead
We’re seeking a proactive DevOps Lead to take ownership of the infrastructure and platform strategy behind one of the fastest-growing AI legal tech platforms in Europe.
This role focuses on scaling and professionalizing our infrastructure across cloud, CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, and security as we continue to grow rapidly year over year.
Working closely with our product developers, Head of Engineering and Head of Data, you’ll operate as both a hands-on technical leader and people manager, driving infrastructure strategy while building and mentoring a growing DevOps team.
For someone who thrives in highly autonomous environments and enjoys combining technical depth with leadership, this is an opportunity to shape the future of infrastructure at JUPUS from the ground up.
Your Challenge and Opportunity in This Role
As our DevOps Lead, you’ll own the infrastructure roadmap and help evolve our platform from a strong technical foundation into a highly scalable, reliable, and proactive engineering environment.
You’ll lead initiatives across Kubernetes migration, CI/CD modernization, observability, infrastructure automation, and cloud scalability while coaching developers and helping establish operational best practices across the company.
Expect broad ownership, fast decision-making, and visible impact on how JUPUS scales its platform and engineering organization.

- Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to support production systems and data infrastructure
- Coach developers on infrastructure and operational best practices
- Lead and mentor a growing DevOps team while helping establish strong engineering standards
- Drive proactive improvements instead of reactive operational firefighting
- Support scalability initiatives to enable continued rapid customer growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
