DevOps Support Lead - Ecommerce - £80K
Our client is one of the country’s leading ecommerce firms, based in central London with a global reach.
They’re looking to hire a DevOps / Platform Support Lead who’ll be responsible for the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform stack.
This is a leadership role but very technical and hands-on, combining deep technical expertise with team management experience and operational ownership.

You’ll have the chance to lead a team of support and platform engineers, drive excellence, and act as the key interface between business stakeholders, engineering and external partners.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an application support, platform, DevOps or similar role.
- Good knowledge of DevOps tools such as AWS, Terraform and Docker
- Knowledge of scripting or an object-oriented programming language.
- SQL and database experience
- Proficiency in configuration management, automation and orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of APIs and microservices is desirable.
- Experience leading others and being the “go to”, senior, in a team.
