DevSecOps Engineer | London (Hybrid) | AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Go
We're partnering with one of London's fastest-growing workspace technology companies, to hire a Platform Engineer who wants to own infrastructure, developer experience and platform reliability from end to end.
This is a hands-on engineering role sitting at the intersection of Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure and Backend Development. You'll take ownership of AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines and security tooling, while also contributing directly to backend services built in Go.
What you'll be doing:
• Owning and evolving AWS infrastructure using Terraform • Managing and improving EKS Kubernetes environments • Building and optimising CI/CD pipelines through CircleCI • Driving developer experience through internal tooling and platform improvements • Supporting security initiatives including IAM, secrets management and vulnerability management • Enhancing observability, monitoring and reliability using Datadog • Contributing to backend development across Go microservices • Optimising cloud cost, scalability and platform performance

We're looking for someone with: • Strong AWS and cloud infrastructure experience • Hands-on Kubernetes and containerisation expertise • Experience managing infrastructure as code with Terraform • Proven DevOps and CI/CD background • Ability to work with backend code, ideally Go or another modern backend language • A security-first mindset and passion for platform reliability
