DevSecOps Engineer | London (Hybrid) | AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Go

We're partnering with one of London's fastest-growing workspace technology companies, to hire a Platform Engineer who wants to own infrastructure, developer experience and platform reliability from end to end.

This is a hands-on engineering role sitting at the intersection of Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure and Backend Development. You'll take ownership of AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines and security tooling, while also contributing directly to backend services built in Go.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning and evolving AWS infrastructure using Terraform • Managing and improving EKS Kubernetes environments • Building and optimising CI/CD pipelines through CircleCI • Driving developer experience through internal tooling and platform improvements • Supporting security initiatives including IAM, secrets management and vulnerability management • Enhancing observability, monitoring and reliability using Datadog • Contributing to backend development across Go microservices • Optimising cloud cost, scalability and platform performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
