We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Lead and manage a DevSecOps tooling team
- Maintain and design application security tooling
- Guide cross-functional efforts at enterprise scale in partnership with leaders at Comcast
- Oversee software that helps catalogue and prioritise vulnerability data, leveraging AI
- Own and maintain the stability and scaling of platforms
- Manage day-to-day operations for the team and partner with stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized roadmap items

What You'll Need
- Proven people leadership experience with ability to motivate high-performing teams
- Significant stakeholder management and communication experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering service excellence while managing competing priorities
- Strong technical capability with hands-on experience using security tooling (SAST, SCA, container scanning)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern SDLC practices
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps methodologies, including continuous monitoring and automated security testing
