We're a growing utilities consultancy in Shoreditch, helping businesses make smarter choices on utilities from energy and payments to telecoms, waste management and water. We cut through the noise and find the best deals, making life easier for our clients.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Dialler Manager to lead dialler strategy across our sales floor. You'll be responsible for campaign pacing, performance and compliance, working closely with Operations and Senior Leadership to ensure activity stays effective, sustainable and fully within regulatory requirements.

- Take full ownership of how campaigns are paced, dialled and prioritised across the floor
Performance Monitoring
- Keep an eye on critical metrics such as:
- Contact rates
- Idle time
- Abandoned calls
- Adjust in real time to keep performance sharp
Reporting & Decision-Making
- Produce clear, accurate performance reporting to support decision-making across Operations and Senior Management
- Deliver reporting that provides Team Leaders and Senior Managers with timely insight
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends and risks
- Flag issues early to prevent escalation
Alerts & Support
- Monitor data closely to catch performance dips or risks early before they impact the floor
- Be the point of contact for issues, tweaks, or explanations on the dialler side

Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience running dialler operations in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Confident working with data and reporting tools
