Cactus Search is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led organisation to recruit an experienced Dialler Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that's investing heavily in its contact centre operation and looking for someone who can take ownership of dialler performance, campaign optimisation, and outbound strategy.
You'll be responsible for driving the performance of outbound dialler campaigns, ensuring agents have the best opportunity to maximise productivity while maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and optimising outbound dialler campaigns
- Configuring dialling strategies, pacing, and call routing
- Monitoring campaign and agent performance
- Analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Working closely with Operations, Sales, and Compliance teams
- Supporting forecasting, capacity planning, and campaign management
- Driving continuous improvement across the contact centre operation

What We're Looking For
- Dialler Management or Dialler Administration
- Contact Centre Operations
- Outbound Sales environments
- Workforce Planning or Campaign Management
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- MaxContact experience (desirable but not essential)
