Clinic Manager (Dialysis) – Permanent Full-Time Role
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire Employer: One of the UK’s leading healthcare providers
Delivering state-of-the-art renal care, this dialysis clinic requires a passionate Clinic Manager to oversee operations and provide exceptional patient-centered service.
About the Role
The Clinic Manager will lead an outstanding dialysis clinic equipped with the most advanced technological solutions. You’ll ensure a seamless patient experience while maintaining high clinical standards and regulatory compliance, working closely with NHS Trusts, CQC, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day clinic operations with clarity and efficiency.
- Patient-Centric Care: Enhance the patient journey through every interaction, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with external partners, including NHS and the Care Quality Commission (CQC), supported by the Regional Manager.
- Quality Improvement: Introduce new processes to drive clinical best practices and continuous improvement.
- Team Onboarding: Oversee the integration of new staff alongside the broader team.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with patients while promptly addressing concerns or complaints.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all clinical, governance, and regulatory standards, including Key Lines Of Enquiry (KLoE).
- Annual Reporting: Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports as required.

Requirements
Essential:
- Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin in good standing.
Beneficial Experience & Skills:
- Experience in clinical leadership within an outpatient haemodialysis setting.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour to engage with diverse teams and patients.
- Leadership by example to foster a values-driven culture that inspires team excellence.
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset for navigating challenges within a clinical environment.
- Exceptional organisation to effectively manage multiple clinic responsibilities.
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD), particularly in renal care.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £44,000–£49,200 per annum (DOE – subject to experience).
- Contract: Permanent, full-time, working Monday to Saturday.
- Holiday Entitlement: 35 days per year (including bank holidays).
- Shift Pattern: Day shifts only.
- Other Benefits:
