About the Role
We’re looking for a Diary & Quality Assistant to support our Lead Generation function. In this exciting role, you’ll help maintain appointment accuracy, complete quality checks, and deliver top-tier administrative support that drives better customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and campaign performance.
Critical responsibilities include:
- Diary management to ensure appointments are accurate and slots are efficiently reallocated.
- Performing quality validation and compliance audits.
- Monitoring quality trends and suggesting improvements.
- Providing overall administrative support.

Responsibilities
As Quality & Operations Assistant, you will:
- Manage sales diaries by updating, reallocating, and verifying appointment accuracy.
- Conduct quality and compliance checks to ensure all appointments meet agreed standards.
- Review sales calls, booking details, and call notes to identify recurring quality issues.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and CRM data.
- Liaise with sales teams to resolve queries, confirm changes, and facilitate handover processes.
- Track quality metrics and report trends to drive performance improvements.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:

- Previous experience in:
- Administrative, sales support, diary management, quality control, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills including:
- Efficient task prioritisation.
- Meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Confident communication skills (verbal & written) to collaborate with teams and external stakeholders.
- CRM & Microsoft Office proficiency, including ability to:
- Update records and track activity in internal systems.
