Salary: £13.95 | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus

Responsibilities
- Running sections of the floor and supporting the management team during service
- Leading by example—team members will look to you when things get busy
- Coaching and motivating floor staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Taking on opening and closing duties as required
- Handling guest feedback in real time
- Ensuring consistency in service, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members

Starting Point & Progression
You’ll start in this role as a Floor Server with a minimum of six weeks training before being signed off as a Supervisor. This is a powerful stepping stone—many patrons launch their hospitality careers here.
What We Need
- Experience working in a supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality
- A confident, calm presence to thrive in busy environments
- Natural communication skills coupled with genuine care for guest experiences
- The ability to lead with energy and build trust with the team
- Awareness of basic shift management responsibilities
