Digital Account Executive / Digital Account Manager Location: Belfast Salary: Competitive DOE + Excellent Training & Career Progression Type: Full-Time A leading award-winning digital agency in Belfast is currently seeking a Digital Account Executive / Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous agency experience who is looking to further develop their career within digital marketing, particularly in PPC and Paid Social. The agency is willing to provide full training and mentoring for the right individual, making this an ideal role for someone with the right attitude, commercial mindset, and eagerness to learn. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and fast-paced agency environment, working with a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. The Role The Digital Account Executive / Manager will support the delivery and management of digital marketing campaigns while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. The role will involve campaign coordination, client communication, reporting, and ongoing support across digital channels. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in PPC and Paid Social with ongoing training from experienced digital specialists. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day communication with clients Supporting the planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns Assisting with PPC and Paid Social campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting Coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time Monitoring campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement Preparing reports, campaign insights, and presentations for clients Supporting account strategy and campaign planning Managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets Conducting competitor and market research Assisting with digital content and campaign coordination Building and maintaining strong client relationships Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and platform developments Candidate Requirements Essential Previous experience within a marketing or digital agency environment Strong communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Commercial awareness and client-focused approach Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Desirable Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads Understanding of SEO, analytics, or broader digital marketing principles Experience preparing client reports or presentations Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or project management software What’s on Offer Full training and mentoring in PPC and Paid Social Clear career progression opportunities Opportunity to work with well-known brands and exciting campaigns Supportive and collaborative team culture Ongoing professional development Competitive salary package Flexible working options Modern Belfast office environment Typical Duties of a Digital Executive within an Agency Typical responsibilities within a digital agency environment may include: Supporting digital campaign planning and execution Managing campaign schedules and deliverables Monitoring PPC and Paid Social performance Assisting with ad copy and creative briefs Producing campaign reports and analysing performance data Liaising with clients via email, phone, and meetings Coordinating with designers, developers, and marketing specialists Supporting SEO and content marketing activity Conducting keyword, audience, and competitor research Updating digital platforms and websites where required Ensuring campaigns remain on budget and on schedule Staying informed on industry trends and platform updates This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious digital professional who is keen to develop specialist skills within a highly respected Belfast agency.
