Client Experience Team Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Experience team, a central, client-facing function responsible for driving strategy, performance and relationships across key accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading on campaign strategy and delivery across a broad range of channels.

With a strong UK presence and a growing Manchester office, they partner with clients across sectors including property, retail, healthcare and eCommerce, delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns across both digital and offline media.

Description
- Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring activity aligns to objectives and delivers measurable results
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
- Lead client meetings and presentations, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights
- Translate client briefs into effective multi-channel marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal specialists across:
- Paid Search
- Paid Social (Meta)
- SEO
- Programmatic
- Oversee campaign performance, ensuring high-quality delivery across digital and offline channels
- Identify growth opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell across services
- Use data, insights and market trends to optimise performance and challenge thinking
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

Profile
Essential:
- Experience managing client relationships within a marketing or media environment
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and multi-channel campaigns
- Confident leading client meetings and presenting strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Experience working within a media or digital agency
- Exposure to property, B2C or automotive sectors
- Experience with acquisition-led campaigns (rather than CRM-focused)
- Knowledge of third-party platforms such as property portals or affiliates
