Job Title: Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager
Location: Bournemouth - Onsite
Salary: £33,000-£40,000 (DOE)
Job Ref: 40899
We're working with an established digital agency that's looking to add an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to its growing Client Services team.
This role will see you embedded within one of the agency's biggest accounts, supporting the delivery of digital marketing and web projects for a globally recognised financial services brand. You'll be the person keeping projects moving, clients informed and internal teams aligned, working closely with strategists, creatives, developers and production specialists from brief through to launch.
If you enjoy building strong client relationships, thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and like having ownership over projects, this could be a great fit.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the day-to-day contact across a flagship client account, building trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Managing digital marketing and website projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, UX, content, production and development.
- Keeping projects on track by managing timelines, budgets, scope and delivery.
- Translating client objectives into clear, well-structured briefs for internal teams.
- Managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clients and colleagues stay informed every step of the way.
- Juggling multiple projects without losing sight of the detail.
- Looking for opportunities to strengthen client relationships and add value wherever possible.
- Supporting the commercial success of the account through effective planning, forecasting and project management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
