Digital Agency Account Manager - to £40,000
Maternity Contract from Autumn - Office based
Note - please only apply if you are committed to a full-time, office-based role for the whole of the 9-12 months contract. A right to work in the UK is essential; there is no sponsorship available.
Role Description
The Digital Account Manager role is a full-time position based in the Bath/Bristol area and joining a brilliant team, working in the office. In this role, the Digital Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee digital campaigns, and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing digital strategies
- Coordinating project timelines
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners
- Monitoring campaign performance against agreed KPIs

The Digital Account Manager will also:
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts
- Support sales initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
This role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and a focus on delivering measurable value for clients.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates should possess:
- Strong Account Management and client relationship skills, with experience serving as a main contact for digital marketing accounts.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written reporting, confident presentation abilities, and effective stakeholder management.
- Digital Strategy capabilities, with experience planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across relevant channels including - digital platforms & reporting tools including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, GA4 & Looker Studio.

A background in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, is essential. Comfort with digital tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems, along with a proactive and collaborative working style, is preferred.
