About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to work closely with two of our clients, within the banking and professional services sectors.
For our banking client, the Digital Account Manager works with the team to deliver powerful and impactful digital experiences across their website, including the incorporation of AI (tools, search on site, site discoverability etc). The role delivers an exceptional level of project coordination and client service. They play an active role in ensuring the smooth running of every development project end to end, from scoping through to final release.
For our professional services client, in 2025 we built and delivered a new, 'best-in-class' website to showcase their new brand and consolidate multiple sites into one easy to use site hosted on Umbraco. The role involves working collaboratively with the client and the Development team to prioritise, manage, and deliver the backlog of UI and UX modifications and enhancements to the site, as well as implementing recommendations and best-practice suggestions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
