With deep industry expertise and a fully integrated approach across PR, digital, social, and influencer marketing, we deliver campaigns that cut through, spark conversation, and inspire travelers around the world.
Overview of the Role
We are seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our travel division. As a Digital Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day social media and digital operations for a portfolio of high-profile travel and destination clients.
You’ll partner closely with Account Directors across a diverse client base, taking campaigns from concept through execution while ensuring every activation delivers impact, creativity, and measurable visibility.
Your work will include social strategy, content calendar development, reporting, content creation, influencer partnerships, and client counsel. You will organize and host events, manage creator collaborations, and play a key role in shaping and delivering influencer trips. Strong relationships with creators and talent partners will be central to your success, alongside your ability to manage deadlines, navigate multiple workstreams, and bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and drives work forward with confidence.
Day to Day
No two days look the same. Core hours are 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday; however, the nature of the role may require hosting evening events or supporting early morning activations outside of typical office hours.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
