Digital Account Manager
Hybrid (2 days in)
£up to £40K
This is far more than a traditional account management role. You'll become the strategic partner clients rely on. The person who takes ambitious business goals and translates them into clear, effective, multi-channel marketing strategies. With a strong focus on performance marketing, you'll lead conversations across paid media, SEO, content, creative campaigns, and analytics, bringing together insight, strategy, and execution to deliver measurable results.
Working closely with specialists across the agency, you'll help shape campaigns that cut through the noise, drive growth, and create meaningful impact.
You'll be the person who can simplify complexity, uncover opportunities, join the dots and help clients see the bigger picture.
A typical week might involve:
- Developing multi-channel digital strategies aligned to client objectives
- Managing and growing key B2B client relationships
- Analysing campaign performance and uncovering opportunities to improve ROI
- Leading client presentations, quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Collaborating with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Creative and Development teams
- Turning data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations
- Helping clients understand not just what's happening, but why it matters

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
