Digital Account Manager – London

Location: London (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive + benefits

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, managing multi-channel digital campaigns, and driving measurable results.

As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategies across paid media, social, content, and web projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Oversee campaign delivery across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, and CRM.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and performance reporting with precision and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Analyse performance data and present insights that drive optimisation and growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
