Pitch is supporting a fabulous full-service digital agency based in central Birmingham. With a focus on SME clients in the B2B space, they offer digital services across SEO, PPC, social and email, driving inbound marketing leads using HubSpot.
About the Role
As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for several client relationships, taking them through the end-to-end client service offering, creating a digital strategy and plan. You'll also play an active role in ensuring campaigns are delivered through the delivery team and reporting on all the analytics and ROI.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience of working within a digital agency is essential.
- Knowledge of lead generation focused marketing to a B2B audience.
- A solid understanding of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email, content, social etc and when/how to use them within a marketing strategy.
- Experience in a client services/account management role looking after SME clients end to end.
- Fantastic communication and presentation skills.

This client needs someone who can hit the ground running, so you will already be working in a similar role where you are client facing and supporting with strategy development for their digital lead generation activity.
