Digital Account Manager – Food, Drink & Lifestyle
📍 London / Hybrid 💷 Competitive Salary
About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our growing agency team, working across an exciting portfolio of food, drink and lifestyle brands.
This role is perfect for someone with strong client servicing experience, a passion for consumer brands, and a solid understanding of digital marketing across Paid Media, Social and eCommerce.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships across food, drink and lifestyle clients
- Support delivery of digital campaigns across:
- Paid Media
- Social
- eCommerce
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time
- Prepare reports, campaign updates, and performance insights for clients
- Help identify growth opportunities across existing accounts
- Support campaign planning, project management, and strategy execution
- Build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams

Requirements
- Previous agency experience in an Account Manager or Senior Executive role
- Passion for food, drink and lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded
